NYT Alleges Elon Musk’s secret child with J-Pop star
Elon Musk’s decision to end his political stint was surprising, given how hard he campaigned for Donald Trump during the 47th presidential election, and the formation for DOGE. Recently, a bombshell report from the New York Times made several wild claims about the Tesla owner’s personal life, including drug use, secret kids, and attempts to silence the women in his life. Not long ago, Ashley St. Clair, a conservative writer who claimed that Musk had a child with her and then abandoned both, told the publication about others, too, including one with a Japanese pop star.
Elon Musk allegedly had a kid with a Japanese pop star
Musk has long been vocal about having more kids, believing declining birth rates are a threat to civilisation and that people should fear childlessness more than pregnancy. So far, he’s publicly confirmed 14 kids. But according to ex Ashley, the billionaire once told her he “had fathered children around the world, including one with a Japanese pop star” (though no names were dropped). One excerpt from the article reads: “He said he would be willing to give his sperm to anyone who wanted to have a child.” Ashley said he made it sound like a noble mission, like he was doing the world a favour by helping people have kids and save humanity.

Then in September, Ashley announced she was having his child. Musk, meanwhile, messaged her on Signal, the disappearing chat app, allegedly asking her to keep both the baby and their relationship under wraps. At first, he denied being the father, but then reportedly offered her $15 million upfront plus $100,000 per month until the child turned 21, if she agreed to stay silent. She turned it down, went public, and took it to court. The paternity test revealed a 99.9999% match. Musk is the father of Romulus.
How many kids does Elon Musk have?
In the last 20 years and across three failed marriages and relationships, the 53-year-old has fathered 14 kids. With his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, he welcomed five children in 2002—Vivian, Griffin, Kai, Saxon, and Damian. He divorced her in 2008. In 2020, Musk was confirmed to be dating singer Grimes. The two had kids—X Æ A-12, a girl named Exa Dark Sideræl, and a boy, Techno Mechanicus. That relationship ended on a messy note with a court custody battle. It was later confirmed that before Grimes’ second child arrived, Musk had secretly fathered twins Strider and Azure with Shivon Zilis, an executive at his company Neuralink. The two later had another child, Arcadia, in February 2024.
Elon Musk’s alleged drug usage
According to The New York Times, Musk, who became the biggest campaign donor for the Republican Party by donating nearly $275 million and showing up at key swing states, jumping and excitedly campaigning for President Trump, also relied heavily on drug usage. Sources told the Times that Elon used ketamine heavily (so much that it affected his bladder), along with ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms. There are no confirmed sources to claim whether Musk used these substances during White House meetings or while he was heading DOGE, but people around him noticed his behaviour got more erratic, pitching his own people for cabinet, insulting congressmen, making Nazi-like gestures, and so on.
